Room for work and personal life
APG provides several flexible ways of working so that you are able to optimally combine your family responsibilities with your career. Whether you want to work at home, part-time or according to a flexible schedule, at APG these things are all possible. We have, therefore, also participated in the LOF research into good employers for working parents. Furthermore, you can see an advertisement for APG in LOF Magazine on December 13, 2012.
Women and ambition
We strive to have a good male-female ratio within our organization, especially in management positions. We have anchored this aim in specific objectives and APG, as one of the first organizations to do so, signed the Talent to the Top charter in 2009. To achieve the diversity objectives, ambitious women also have their own network. This network is especially dedicated to learning from one another’s experience, knowledge sharing and stimulating each other to undertake new challenges.
