As a marketing and communications specialist at APG, you always optimally match your products and services to the client’s needs. You consider it a challenge to communicate clearly and transparently with pension funds and their members. You develop a well-balanced mix of communication tools for this purpose, such as the internet, newsletters, social media, brochures, calculation modules for use by members to make personal calculations and direct mail.
Keeping a finger on the pulse
One in five Dutch families counts on APG for its pension. This is a major responsibility. This is why we are continuously conducting research into how clients think about their pension and what they think of our products and services. We incorporate the results of this research into our product development, our way of working and the communications with our clients. In total, approximately 60 marketing and communications professionals work at APG.
