To ensure your participants are optimally informed, we work continuously on innovative means of communication, such as personal long-distance meetings at which, via a webcam, participants can discuss their personal pension situation with customer services. 

Qualitative and quantitative research

Naturally, you want to know what the impact of your communication is, and you want to be certain that it complies with your objectives. At APG we continuously monitor the impact of the communication and, whenever necessary, we modify this communication. We also regularly assess the pension awareness of participants and employers, and their level of satisfaction in respect of their fund’s communication. We then provide advice on the basis of the results.
