Application procedure

To apply for a job at APG directly, you can fill in the job application form. You can find this form for each job vacancy, behind the button ‘job application’. Complete this form and send it in. Do not forget to describe your motivation and to send your Curriculum Vitae (CV) as an attachment. Besides your educational background and job experience, we are also interested in your motivation to work for APG and, of course, in particular, your motivation with regard to the job for which you are applying.

First introductory interview

If we see sufficient points of reference for a personal introductory interview, you will then receive an invitation for an interview. You will have this interview with one or our HR colleagues and with one or several colleagues from the business. During this interview, we will discuss your motivation, job experience and personality more extensively. This introductory interview is an opportunity for you to obtain a clearer picture of our organisation and the job vacancy in question.

Follow-up interview

If the introductory interview goes well, you will receive an invitation for a follow-up interview. This meeting will be held with colleagues from the business. They will determine whether you would fit in with the team and they will assess the level of your knowledge and expertise.

Additional assessment

For certain positions – for example management positions – an assessment can be required. This is an additional evaluation with which we can obtain a better insight into your personality. If we would like to have an assessment, we will inform you as soon as possible.

To work

If you have successfully completed all the steps in the recruitment and selection process, we will then lay down the agreements we have made in a contract and we will be pleased to welcome you to APG.

Job applications and confidentiality

APG will treat your job application confidentially and in accordance with the applicable privacy laws. We subscribe to the NVP Recruitment Code. This code contains the basic rules that employment organisations should comply with in the opinion of the Dutch Association of Personnel Management & Organisation Development (NVP) in the recruitment and selection for the fulfilment of job vacancies.
