Asset Management Traineeship
Talented, young professionals are given the opportunity to gain experience as a trainee in our Asset Management Business Unit. This traineeship is the first step toward a professional career within Asset Management.

Traineeship starts on October 1st, 2012
The Asset Management Traineeship has a term of 24 months. In four periods of six months you will work on four different projects within our Asset Management Business Unit in Amsterdam, where pension assets are managed. During the traineeship you will work on assignments that are adapted to your education, development and ambition. But you will not only be acquiring professional knowledge – you will also be following a variety of study programs and courses that focus on your personal development. You can rely on the guidance and support of a mentor throughout the period of your traineeship. You will also be assisted in executing your assignments by a field coach.

Profile

• You will be graduating no later than September 2012, or you have started a University degree in Finance, in Econometrics, Economics, or Business Administration for example, with excellent grades and a maximum of two years' work experience.
• In addition to your studies, you have ensured broad personal development, via a position in a committee or board, for example, or you have gained experience through internships, voluntary work or other relevant activities.
• You have demonstrable affinity with Asset Management processes (e.g. Investment, Risk, IT).
• The complexity of the services we provide requires a flexible attitude and an absolute commitment to working together with other professionals in strongly result-oriented teams.
• You have excellent command of English.
• You have good analytical and communication skills.
