The focus of the traineeship is on acquiring in-depth substantive knowledge combined with personal development. You will be working on a number of assignments in different business units that will prepare you for a challenging position. You will receive on-the-job training and an excellent opportunity to prove yourself and to establish your profile within our organization. What else can you count on?
Together with other colleagues in other traineeships, you will be provided with a tailored mix of actual practice and structured training. You will participate in intensive team building in the Ardennes and in the ‘World of Pensions’ training program at the University of Maastricht. Together with us, you will be challenged to take a good look at yourself and get the most out of yourself in our skills training program. You will meet members of the Executive Board during lunch meetings and will be invited to express your opinion about APG. You will personally present the results of your assignments in a meeting attended by, for example, business directors, managers and mentors.
