Employment conditions

APG has been nominated Top Employer 2011. In the Employment Conditions section, APG attained four of the five attainable stars. For instance, APG has established a variable, results-oriented remuneration for most jobs. In addition, we have, of course, an excellent pension scheme. This is why we work structurally on improving the satisfaction and motivation of our employees. We also invest in the health of our employees. For instance, we regularly ask our employees what their opinion is of the APG organisation. We then adapt the personnel policy based on these surveys. In addition, we also provide the opportunity for our employees to participate in an extensive Health Check and we offer training programmes in the field of personal development.
