Happy and healthy employees, perform better

Enjoying your work is very important at APG. We consider it important that people are happy and healthy. People who feel well, radiate this and perform better. This is why we work structurally on improving the satisfaction and motivation of our employees. We also invest in the health of our employees. For instance, we regularly ask our employees what their opinion is of the APG organisation. We then adapt the personnel policy based on these surveys. In addition, we also provide the opportunity for our employees to participate in an extensive Health Check and we offer training programmes in the field of personal development.
