One out of every five families in the Netherlands counts on APG where their pensions are concerned. This is a big responsibility. This is why we are continually examining how our customers think about pensions and how they view our products and service. We process the results of these surveys in our products, in the way in which we work and in the way in which we communicate with our customers.

Gearing products and communication to requirements

APG’s marketeers and communication specialists seek to gear APG's products and services to our customers' wishes optimally, and to ensure that the communication with customers is as clear and as transparent as possible. In its communication with customers, APG makes use of a balanced mix of means of communication, for instance, the Internet, newsletters, brochures, calculation modules with which customers can make personal calculations and direct mail. APG employs approximately 60 marketing and communication professionals.
