Encouraging and stimulating
Whoever works at APG, cannot only choose from a wide range of courses and training programmes, but are also given every opportunity to make optimal use of their talents in projects. Consequently, Managers at APG have to satisfy special requirements. Managers are expected to create opportunities and encourage and stimulate people. In addition, our managers are responsible for ensuring that processes run smoothly and targets are realised.
APG has separate training and development programmes for managers.
