In the past ten years, there have been many changes in the laws and regulations regarding pensions; many more than in the previous 50 years. Changes are occurring at a very fast rate and often have major consequences for the pension schemes. In many cases, we have to adapt our products and services. Therefore, there is plenty of work for our legal specialists and for professionals who consider it a challenge to ensure that these tasks and other legal work are carried out properly.
Cooperation with other disciplines
Legal specialists at APG work on a central level within APG, but also decentralised at our various business units, on the adaption of our products and services. In doing so, they work together closely with other disciplines. Our legal specialists work mostly from our offices in Heerlen and Amsterdam.
