Ensuring the correct processing of large flows of money

Determining the correct amounts of contributions and pensions is based on precise calculations. These calculations are performed by APG’s financial specialists, in particular, econometrists and actuaries. Political developments have a direct impact on this work. If the Dutch government decides that we will have to work longer in the Netherlands, employees will then notice this directly in the pension contributions that they are required to pay.
