In order to be able to perform this work, APG employs highly qualified specialists and makes use of state-of-the-art computer systems. Approximately 230 colleagues work daily to ensure that nearly 1 million pension payments are processed correctly. In addition, 160 colleagues carry out the administration of the 1.2 million employees working in the government and education sector who are currently building up a pension. This means that they make pension calculations, assess pension applications, process changes and answer the questions of customers. Each of these tasks requires accuracy. Consequently, for our pension administration, we are looking for people who work accurately and in a results-oriented manner and who have the ambition to deliver quality.
